Well I pretty much wasted the day. I burned all the episodes of Family Guy to DVD to send to Kasey’s brother in Iraq. That took a lot longer than I thought it would but it’s done. I played Kasey in 3 games of NCAA Football 2005. He kicked my ass the first 2 and I won the last. I usually don’t win at all so it’s all good. We had a work outing on Friday night where my boss paid for the drinks and food and I got pretty drunk. Afterwards we went out downtown and I got shot down a couple times. Pretty disappointing night actually. I hate going out and doing the single guy bar thing. It’s so old. Anymore I just try to piss the girl off or something just to have some fun. We left the bars before they even closed and I just went over to my frined Joe’s place and we just bullshitted on his back porch for about 3 hours drinking beer.

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. It always seems like I have something else to do. Well I am officially sick of my job. It is so hot in there it makes you want to kill yourself. A couple days ago when it was 98 outside it was worse inside because there are 2 industrial dryers running all day. Unfourtunately I can’t quit so I guess I am just going to have to dread going to work every day.

I am back in class again for the Summer quarter. There are much better things that I would rather be doing but I guess I will have to stick with it. By the way there is a gorgeous girl in one of my classes that I had in another class a couple quarters ago. Then she really didn’t talk to me that much but I know for sure that she had a long term boyfriend then but now she is small talking to me and remembers my name. Kind of caught me off guard actually. I don’t know if she is just being nice because we were in the same class before or if she is now single and sending signals. I am just terrible at reading women’s signals. They might as well hang a neon sign around their neck to get the point across or else I dont figure it out. I suppose I will bite the bullet and take a shot. It’s a lot harder to get shot down when you are sober and it is daylight though. My roommate Kasey tried to give me some pointers but I dont think that I want to take advise from him. He’s good at getting his foot in the door (of the bedroom) but after that he ruins it every single time and makes them hate him. The ones that will still speak to him are nuts and do things like call over 30 times in a day (no joke), and trying to kick the door in (again, no joke). Thats not really my style I suppose.

Had another softball game tonight. We won 12-2. Will the season ever end? We are 9-1 now and tonight was the first game of the playoffs. We are now in the winners bracket and all we have to do is win the next 2 games to be the league champions. Actually we can lose the next one and still take the championship playing from the losers bracket if we win the games after that. I hope it ends soon. It’s too hot to be out there and plus I have class on Wednesday nights so I can’t go to the games unless they are at 8 or 9.

I suppose that’s it for tonight. I will try to post on this more than I have been. I will try for at least a couple times a week. Less than when I first started it but more than I have been. I don’t do enough interesting stuff to post something every day.
